兰州碧桂园学校弘扬传统文化，传承民族精神丨LZCGS第十六周升旗仪式

　　本周兰州碧桂园学校C804班的同学们带来了《弘扬传统文化，传承民族精神》主题演讲。作为炎黄子孙，学习、传承和弘扬中国传统文化义不容辞！让我们在中华民族伟大精神的熏陶下，刻苦学习、顽强拼搏，用传统文化净化灵魂、高扬民族精神，让华夏，更有荣光！

　　Dear teachers and students:

　　大家早上好！今天国旗下演讲的题目是《弘扬传统文化，传承民族精神》。

　　Good morning, everyone! The topic of today's speech is "Carry Forward the Traditional Culture and Inherit the National Spirit".

　　文化，是一个民族的灵魂，是一个民族的血脉，是一个民族自信的源泉。“端午临中夏，时清日复长”。在刚刚度过的端午节中，我们追忆了屈原的铮铮铁骨和炽热的爱国情怀，我们感受到了中华民族百折不挠、生生不息的力量，我们体会到了历经千年洗礼依旧熠熠生辉的民族精神。

　　Culture is the soul of a nation, the blood of a nation, and the source of national confidence. "By the time of the Dragon Boat Festival, it is nearing the middle of summer and the days are getting longer and longer." As the Dragon Boat Festival just passed, we recalled Qu Yuan's strong mind and patriotic feelings, we felt the indomitable strength of the Chinese nation, we realized that our national spirit is still shining after thousands of years of baptism.

　　华夏五千年灿烂历史和文明，孕育了“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青”的爱国精神，孕育了“粉身碎骨全不顾，要留清白在人间”的高尚气节，孕育了“滴水之恩，涌泉相报”的社会美德。这些优秀文化精神，成为中华民族的精神力量。

　　Chinese splendid history and civilization of five thousand years gave birth to the patriotic spirit like "Since no one lives forever, why not leave my loyalty to the history", the noble quality like "Though broken into pieces, i will still keep innocent in the world, " and the social virtues like "The kindness of a drop of water is rewarded by a spring". These excellent cultural spirits have become the spiritual force of the Chinese nation.

　　同学们，中华传统文化源远流长，博大精深，包罗万象。作为兰碧的一名学子，我们也要为弘扬中国传统文化付出我们的一份力。当你向老师、长辈和客人彬彬有礼地问好的时候；当你向有困难的同学伸出援助之手的时候；当你学会向父母表达自己的一份孝心的时候；当你学会珍惜每一粒粮食的时候；当你学会“宽于待人，严于律己”的时候；当你敢于承认自己的错误的时候；当你志存高远而又脚踏实地的时候……你所做的一切，都是在承继和弘扬传统文化和民族精神！

　　Students, Chinese traditional culture has a long history, which is extensive,  profound and all-inclusive. As a student of LanBi, we should also pay our contribution to carrying forward Chinese traditional culture. When you greet to teachers, elders and guests politely, when you give a hand to students in need; when you learn to express your filial piety to your parents; when you learn to cherish grain of food; when you learn to "forgive and be disciplined"; when you dare to admit your mistakes; when you have lofty goals but are willing to be down-to-earth ... What you are doing is inheritating and carring forward the traditional culture and national spirit.

　　同时，我们在学习和借鉴外来文化的过程中，也不要忘记深入地学习和了解我国古老悠久的历史文化，不要忘记那些瑰美秀丽的诗词歌赋和文学典籍。我们可以在课余时间参与一些民间传统活动，多读一些古典著作，多了解一些传统节日的历史背景，多参观一些中国历史遗迹，相信这些点点滴滴的积累，都能给我们带来潜移默化的影响，通过我们这一代少年的努力，最终能为我们优秀传统文化增光添彩。

　　At the same time, in the process of learning from foreign cultures, we should not forget to deeply study and understand the ancient history and culture of China, and do not forget those beautiful poems and songs and literary classics. We can participate in some traditional folk activities in our spare time, read more classical works, know more about the historical background of traditional festivals and visit some Chinese historical sites. I believe the accumulation can bring us subtle influence. And through the efforts of our generation of young, we can eventually add lustre to our excellent traditional culture.
