校长说家校合作,教育最强合力——北京市房山区诺德安达学校

  最近两周内,全国大部分省市已经明确了开学时间,各地学校迫不及待地启动了复课的各项准备工作。对于这个延长的寒假,对于褒贬不一、众说纷纭的线上教学,对于近两个月的居家隔离,无论从哪一个角度,我们都强烈地感受到大家想要重返常态生活的急切和憧憬。学校、教师、家长、学生,没有谁比任何时候不渴望重返校园、期盼重返课堂。

  但是由于全球疫情大爆发,境外输入病例快速增长,首都北京却暂时还不具备开学的时机。为了巩固前期疫情防控的良好成果,避免二次爆发,为了确保所有师生健康安全,北京市教委明确春季学期下一阶段的教学工作依然采取线上教学的模式。在巩固第一阶段工作成果的基础上,由疫情防控为主,学生居家自主学习调整为进入疫情防控和课程教学相结合的新阶段,整体统筹教育教学工作,推进教学计划实施,建立与疫情防控常态化相适应的课程教学机制。

  本周,北京市房山区诺德安达学校也正式开始进入了春季延期开学第二阶段的教学实施。学校希望通过这个阶段的教学,让孩子们逐步调整状态,适应节奏,为重返校园,开学复课做好各方面的准备。那么,希望我们从校、生、家各自的角色分工出发,认真地做好本职工作,齐心协力,确保第二阶段的工作安全、有序、平稳地过渡。那么,就让我们大家一起从这些细节小事做起吧!

  1.合理规划教学内容,确保难易适中

  第二阶段线上教学,是为了更好地平稳对接未来复课后的教学。因此,为了保证线上教学的效果,老师们做了大量的课下准备,以便帮助孩子们更好地进入学习状态,比如教学难度的调整,教学进度的调整、教材的整合度。在课堂教学中,一方面积极调动孩子们学习新知识的热情,一方面合理控制教学内容难度,增加趣味度和学生课堂参与度,让有限的线上教学变得张力无限。
